Ingredients to Prepare Peanut Chutney
- Peanut -1 cup
- Dry red chili – 1 no
- Garlic cloves – 2 nos
- Lemon – 1
- Salt – To taste
Method to Prepare Peanut Chutney
- Dry roast the peanut in low flame for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove the skin of roasted peanut.
- Grind the roasted peanut, dry red chili, garlic cloves, and salt into a smooth paste.
- While serving the peanut chutney squeeze half lemon.
