Ingredients to Prepare Peanut Chutney

  •  Peanut -1 cup
  • Dry red chili – 1 no
  • Garlic cloves – 2 nos
  •  Lemon – 1
  • Salt – To taste

Method to Prepare Peanut Chutney

  1. Dry roast the peanut in low flame for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Remove the skin of roasted peanut.
  3. Grind the roasted peanut, dry red chili, garlic cloves, and salt into a smooth paste.
  4. While serving the peanut chutney squeeze half lemon.
