Tips

  1. You can use the sauces of your choice like chili sauce and soya sauce to get the authentic flavor of Paneer Frankie. These sauces should be added while preparing the paneer stuffing. I avoided it because I was preparing it for my daughter and she is not much fond of spicy sauces.
  2. In order to make a healthier version of Paneer Frankie replace the tomato sauce with green chutney.
  3. You can add vegetables of your choice like lettuce, carrot, cabbage etc.
  4. Make sure to roll the roti thin for the Paneer Frankie. The size of roti depends on your choice. I choose to prepare mini roti.
