Sweetcorn is my daughter’s favourite and every now and then she demands this super vegetable. Do you know sweetcorn is rich in Vitamin B12, folic acid, and iron. It boosts red blood cell production and is also a powerhouse of energy. It is also high on healthy fiber and this is why it is also called the high-carbohydrate vegetable. It contains a good amount of thiamine and converts the carbohydrates into energy.
Sweetcorn is a miracle veggie for kids as it is super tasty and promotes healthy weight gain. If you have a toddler at home and want to keep them busy with some healthy snack, offer a cob of sweetcorn. You can add any vegetable or fruit of your choice. Some few options are carrots, beetroots, banana, apples, bell pepper, sapodilla, guava, grapes mint leaves, etc.
